Stipends and Dividends

Several governments in the Middle East – Kuwait, Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Bahrain – have the practice of paying stipends to private citizens.  Why? This is a relic of the oil economy but inflation makes it ever so difficult now.
      Remember that only Science  creates jobs – at least jobs in large numbers！
(Professors of humanities create jobs of more professors of humanities!)
      Remedy:  Get students in schools/colleges started on the “ history of science“! Automatically, the discipline gets better known and young people then, in time, will themselves establish private sector businesses and industries with jobs!  There ain’t any other way! - AB
